if i have money.. they i will start Private Investigation Company for ASX listed companies.. at least for companies like this.. to Validate what Management is Doing and then put it on Public forum..
I call this as National Wastage.. Government think about environment.. what about wasting huge Capital like this.. you start Mine then never get Single Drop of Metal out.. its more damaging to environment..
