Interesting, they don’t need binding. I was wondering how they would get around this.
Firstly, contractual close, then the offtakers bind it up…then those that need to maintain their secrecy, can disclose with full certainty the funds are available and the project is started.
Gavin just confirmed on meeting now, they will place as a CP.
