I have to say, the NBR slow-roll is infuriating. I bought into this dog because they were about to get approval for a mine that was previously in operation. Many years later and we are still in limbo. And our share price is ~5 times lower.
At least the cash burn isn't high. A good thing, since a CR at this level doesn't bear thinking about.
