I am of the opinion that we may well be too big. Not right at the moment but say in 2 years time.
If this company proves what we think ,"hope know" it has and it starts to sell the resource etc and build infrastructure. it is claer taht JH and team can not do it without considerable extra talent.
JH is now 60 and may not wnat to get too deep into the nuts and bolts of the other side of the project. So you are right we will at some stage have to split the company into managable units.
