With all do respect, buying on what a director does is poor form on your behalf.
The director might jave other obligations and you are basing your investment thesis on what he does.
Dont forget his movements with buying and selling are limited with an esception to options.
You should be backing your overall knowledge of the industry over an insider's movements such as a director.
WhT he does should have no bearing on what you do.
