Exactly we need substantial commencement news to enable an uptrend and break this cycle. We need proper U bull institutions to get involved, not dodgy shorting related institutions. However these genuine pro U instos have low risk appetites and will want to see a clear policy green light and open gateway to constructing the mine before they get involved. Until then we are stuck with these dodgy ones.
