30% royalty on profit?
Im not sure we would ever get close to 30% if it was on gross revenue, ever seen that as an example outside of joint development?
As an example if BP has to stump up $10B, manufacture, market, and scale through massive sales teams, its going to take quite a few years before they see a return.
Id be over the moon with 5-10% on rev after a payout.
