in the spirit of today's tendency for everyone to get a medal or trophy, and rewarding mediocrity, I'm sure many politicians and media will say what a great job the BOM has done... in reality the score should be 3 or 4 out of 10.
never mind the mental health of the thousands of rural Queeslanders who were expecting rain from this!... my guess is it won't even give much for central qld or sw qld
with respect to their brilliant forecasting, give most of us good radar images, satellite images, plus some weather charts, we wouldn't miss their models, especially whilst they don't seem to recalibrate them enough
