You do understand there is floor on what market price capital can be raised don’t you?

From your research on Homer, what’s he telling you the floor price is before this project cannot get off the ground. This is a genuine question, let us all know what this floor price is (even an estimate will be good for our purposes).

Also consider this project is all but finance ready, and contractual close is within 6-8 weeks, so the inevitable raise will be called. I also have asked what is the lowest share price they can make this work.

So without, complete disregard for the project and giving up for cents in the dollar to Gina, let’s have your suggestion?
