I have had the SOI discussion with a few people. It seems to be a good tool to stoke fear in people that have a limited understanding.
I usually ask them if they would think differently about the company if it had 37million shares on issue rather than 3.7 billion and a shareprice of $1.40 rather than 1.4c and they always say yes.
When i explain that its the same thing their heads explode.
