He needs to say(sign up ) a definite yes to join the party (Libs) 30 days before Feb 28th reading into it if he wants to take a shot at Churchlands and a future State Premier . Realistically today sometime would be advisable.
It would help calm the next years voting issue a little at least, and possibly help the SP.
He is probably down at a bbq somewhere on the Swan, City Beach or Kings Park doing his Major duties for Australia day so would be a easy PR move.
