Other than CRH having option to walk away anytime including things other than fbr meeting milestones adding over 400 mill shares with probability of doing it again increasing by percent I can understand why we are bearish.
For a specialities stock looking for large reward we now need to be over 4.5 bill market cap for that dollar share and likely over 5 bill by this time next year.
I absolutely agree FBR will meet milestones and CRH want this to work. In saying that I can understand market sentiment although its not mine.
The CR was a real let down, the agreement if conditions met and it goes ahead is a perfectly piece of artwork for FBR to expand. Just got to watch that dilution.
