Couldn't help but look at a few concluded cases on the ICSID website. The time from 'Proceedings closed...' to 'Award' varies considerably, but it does seem for relatively simple cases (noting there is no counter claim from the DR govt). An award can be very quick, I saw two cases that had an Award the same day, and several < 2 weeks. Be interesting to see if we get an update on Monday? Either way, I think we can finally say we a close!
