First, a disclosure which won't surpise you: I hold CQT shares but no NQM shares (directly, at least).
I note for the record that as of yesterdays trade, when CQT jumped 15.7% on the back of 2 major Announcements (ie. Chinese smelter deal and acquisition of HSK's 40% of Pajingo), for the first time the CQT Offer hit the Independent Expert's 'Fair value' threshold of $0.40 (the Offer at market close was worth $0.408 to be exact), an achievement that the Recommended HSK Offer never did. Thus, the HSK Offer was judged 'Not fair.'
So, I guess the CQT Offer is now FAIR: what will the NQM Board and shareholders do now?
