They have had a lot of years to secure finance and 10yrs ago it would of been much easier to secure finance and more profitable. The longer this has gone on has made the chance this project being financially viable or getting off the ground (like the first Wright bros flight ) is getting harder and harder. To even bulld the infrastructure needed to go into production in the next 2-3 yrs with the lag in supply and delivery, and the lack of drive in the Management of this company isn't realistic anymore.
