also, if you cant find anyone posting rumors I think you must be looking at the wrong stock, read all posts in the last 2 weeks.
where I get my info from is none of your concern, but here is a little sample of major selling over last 8 months, this began when the stock hit 46c, and kept going until the placement price of 20c.

Broker Y net sold 12535971 shares
