As always, if you believe they are selling at irrationally low prices, then rejoice for you have the rare opportunity to buy at prices which offer exceptional forward returns. Imagine applying your attitude to any other purchase; oh man this house I want to buy I think is worth 1m was listed for $800k, and the sellers have just dropped it to $700k, wow this is dreadful! Market manipulation! These sellers are thugs! Scum!
