I doubt we'll ever know the real reason behind the goings on both here historically and Leo currently. As you say ffx are looking to wind up operations hence the "dont give a toss" attitude whereas Leo are looking to begin so are over a barrell taking it dry because of the attitude of Cowden and Anderson (+current head-in-sand BoD). Totally useless, ignorant and incompetent comes to mind.
