They bought the farm for 1 reason.
To build a mine, yes the ass has falllen out of most Battery metals, but never forget our lovely Chinese friends who love to play games to control everything.
I suspect that we will see the plant scaled down not up. We may drop to half of the original 28,000ton PA, or whatever we can build for the cash and the government loan amount.
Unless uncle Sam wants to get a guaranteed supply of graphite that the Chinese have no control over.
