Incervisiaveritas, excuse my novice ignorance but is there actually rules against price manipulation? It's not a free market in that regard?
What's the manipulation you're refering to? Is it to drive the closing price lower after close and if that's the case is there any long term downside to that occuring? Or is the manipulation putting large volumes of orders in place that will never get taken out to try and cause a barrier to the price movement?
This is just making me realise how little I know (or have cared in the past) about the subject.
