There could be thousands of reasons for the delay. But we could assume that they would have agreed to the existing or new terms before the TH. If Capricorn wanted to stay away from the deal they would have done it. Postponing the anns just to line it up with the 4C sounds unlikely, that would have been planned.
Either the ASX wants some extra clarifications / changes or something totally unexpected came up.
I agree with those who say that under regular circumstances a VS and extended VS isn't a good sign of managing a financial matter and it does not help AF / SPX to regain lost trust.
Expect the worst, hope for the best.
