Although needed I would assume setting up in US will be the most expensive quarters to date with business expansion and current AUD-US exchange rate. The money raised would be very lucky to see us through 2 quarters. What we need is a few things to go in our favor to avoid CR in 6 months.

I may be incorrect but aren't we due another R&D rebate? I can't seem to resolve this one at the moment.

I am not sure if that rolling loan can or cannot be used for operational and R&D costs or is it simply for cost associated with new machines. Clarity would be good because if it can be used for R&D and operational cost's we only need to make it to milestones of the rolling loan to buy time in avoiding further dilution for pennies. Maybe we meet the milestone in 3-6 months if all goes well 2 x FAT tests, shipping, 10 houses built with all required inspections in US.

I am hoping we can utilise the loan prior to the need of another low-ball CR. Fingers crossed. It's possible I'm honestly not sure if it is or is not probable and I don't think anyone here who is honest with themselves, and this investment can answer that with confidence.
