those shares held previously by LDA were to raise capital. BRN released those share to them in April 2023. They have held them since the cap raise was stopped last year.

In December they started the cap raise issuing 15 million plus those already released. It pretty obvious that LDA has sold those for the cap raise. The other 15 million we do not know. They had to raise a minimum of 2.7 million dollars.

likely all the shares were sold to raise capital or are nearly sold I can't comment on that but when the Cap raise is finished we will have an announcement and know then the total sold. I would assume al. the approximate 25 million be sold.

LDA only held them to raise capital they are not investors. Or traders.
