Sorry I am new to this website, and I originally posted this as a comment to another thread, but I think it deserves to have a new thread.
What I understand is that there was a massive disconnect between the management and the chairman. some of the messages about certain people in management team is unfair. Unfortunately, I have also been complicit for not voting in the RFT AGM. Based on my calcs if all shareholders participated in the vote the chairman could not have done what he did. I think whatever the chairman plan is, it is not in the best interest of the rest of shareholders. So, I would say the future for this business is not rosy I am afraid. The only course of action for us is class action against the chairman. I think we need to start the process as the time would not be side. this is the most efficient way for us to act as the legal costs will be distributed between all applicants. I appreciate if you could comment and let me know if you can be a part of this?
