Didn't pick that up. Can't see a logical reason.
I recall there was initially one category of normalisation in the earlier materials, but it appears in the latter release there are a number of categories of normalisations. Given the direction, implies a negative new normalisation retrospectively added.. Kind of odd, except as you say to prop up numbers.
