I don't see what merited the pre-announcement two days ahead of the quarterly activities report. Although, I suppose this is more "business" related so perhaps the logic is that it gets it out ahead of the activities report without waiting for the February 22nd half year business report. I have to say Australian business practices can seem a bit strange to a Yankee at times...
