This was not a hurdle, it was a given surely, I don’t know of many if any native mining agreements that have failed to be negotiated, unless obviously polluting.
jr still needs a buyer for this unproven wild goose chase ( except the tailing piles) of course which were actually mined by a real company.
imo no virgin dirt will ever be turned by this company, they don’t own a shovel just a brief case
