Proposed cost $15Bil to build gladstone. Santos have $6Bil in funded lines (excluding PNG) available. They now own 45% of GLNG - their contribution to GLNG ($6.75B). However, they have more options to raise funds before capital raising:
1. Sale of further equity in GLNG (this will happen but how much 5 or 10%)
2. Sale of other assets (again probable but raise minimal funds)
3. Additional borrowing (again possible)
So if we do any of the above is there any reason for a raising?
