I might be wrong on my t/o call. Spheria was selling heavily just before the last CR, they were given a heads up. As the biggest shareholder they should know if a t/o is coming.
It's possible potential suitors are waiting to see if facebook or microsoft pulls out. Facebook has mostly pulled from appen but in their last update they were still the biggest client with at least $83M spend.
