Silencemenow on Imu forum posted a short time ago a good example of the crooked white collar state past and present re shorting and other. Well worth a quick read. Huge fines yet the profiteering from such pale to insignificance.
Anyway facts remain if good management deliver then shorting can be limited even when overall a sector is facing mounting challenges. Why after such a long time post Hyundai/Kia substantial large binding offtake are they allegedly late to the finance component that we were just advised is the current delay re financing. By chance or design! Just makes for serious questions when management have progressed other finance apparently - for which only arrived well after H-K binder. Also well after that 121SPP and now we have the sweetness of recent SPP to same participants of 121SPP. How dam convenient one must ask.
Little wonder there are no legitimate buyers and no interest in ARU at present. It will be rectified but when? Only when management and Instos say so and they deliver the considerable amount of confirmed details - currently not yet confirmed - apparently.
Was holding steady around the 20c mark (which was obviously poor in the context of where Nolan’s sits) prior to this disgraceful SPP set up - guess they had to collude one last time and capitalise even more before the binding Ann and other key Ann’s floodgates open.
