still at it i see ken

    there is no coalition
the libs did not win more seats
the ALP came first on the primary vote
the ALP won the 2PP vote

    ALP 38%
    Lib 30.5%
    Greens 11.8%
    LNP 9.1%
    Nats 3.7%

    The seats are:
    ALP 72
    Lib 44
    Greens 1
    LNP 21
    Nats 7
    Indies 4
    Country Libs 1

Again - no mention of any coalition - these are all separate parties - their own funds, leaders, platforms and organisations and are all registered with the AEC.

I do not see the word "coalition" on that list

Coalitions are only formed after elections so as to form government and are marked by a formal agreement.

There is no Lib agreement with any other party

On this occasion, two of the most successful parties have entered into an agreement which falls short of being a coalition

The Libs have absolutely no claim to anything other than opposition.
