I agree with both opinions. A class action may well be warranted but we need more information to know what happened and what's going on. I suspect the Chairman acted inappropriately and at a minimum the AGM should have been deferred, shareholders given more information and the opportunity to vote with the benefit of that information. Not sure how this is going to play out.
