220k per machine maintenance direct to JV (funded by 40m I assume) and % of revenue after paying operating costs/loan back to FBR. Also any profit if they build for under $2 mill (unlikely IMO).
FBR on its own from there but hopefully can rationalise staffing costs as won’t need team directly building in WA
