I wouldn't put my money in a bid straight away, shareholders remember the $3 too recently. I can only see a low bid to bypass the 3% creep rule. Otherwise the best bet, would be she will creep 3% every six months and offering a loan with steep interest rate or loaded with options to lock in a low SP.
