if rumor is correct, we must already have target and rig.
prior to q4 WDS still need to officially commit and that will be a rerate imo. Target barrels also a rerate.
What we have is 2 months for truncated files which takes us to the end of march. WDS can however commit at anytime post last announcement which means news can drop at anytime between now and June
feel free to exit for cheaper entry
