The meeting notice gives an option of a special dividend or return of capital in the reasoning for the transaction, but not details or positive outlook towards having one.
IMO the current trading reflects that potential malaise as some take some profits at this stage.
Been in a few cash box style entities before- they can work out well but can also just sit undervalued for a long time.
Of course the company may well acquire a cracker project and get on with it, but time will tell if that happens.
