All kids are tested and if they are above or below the norm they go a personal learning plan.
If you have 12 kids on a personal learning plan, that is an extra 70 hours a term.

Teachers that have been in they system for decades are leaving. If you are single, no kids and no partner become a teacher. Your life will be consumed by your job. These politicians who dont get it are dumb as dog sh.....t...

The personal learning plan would be a nightmare...teaching a class of (say) 25 with then expecting to be individual tutor to half of them while doing it.
