If you do want to argue semantics at least do it right. Go look at the metallurgy for the transitional zones and get back to me with how you expect that transitional zone will perform economically, will you? Hint, it likely will not, so they've got a bunch of uneconomical dirt to move above it. Still if you take out say a 50% strip ratio for that area just above you get about 10,000 ppm in average across the waste and ore starting from the transition zone above it. Pretty good (actually still really good), but instead of mining that waste they could mine another area of 5,000 ppm elsewhere instead of moving waste material and get paid for that. All I'm saying is that it is not as easy as woooh you beauty let's get that intercept to the surface.
The wildcard would be if they can screen the transitional material somehow and get better metallurgical results.
