Plenty of water to go under the bridge yet with the court case.
Were the Australian agreements the same as NZ? If so litigation is a no go as mediation was the criteria for a dispute. Last year the NZ high court found for the defendants in this because of the mediation clause even though Jack Wang submitted 400 oages in defence,
The report on the case on utube SUNNYA "Coffee and a case note" it is highly unlikely that an Australian court judgement would be enforceable in China.
