Yes, very much agreed, for the SGR Board the penny has not dropped on this almost certain terminal matter for SGR business and all associated parties. Very fortunate for all that the recent NSW Govt bailout averted the closure of the SGR businesses, but still the SGR Board incredibly displays this sense of entitlement and primacy, despite the findings of the Regulators and Inquiries in two States. Difficulty by the SGR Board with Austrac (Regulator) does not go down well with "in good faith negotiations" and may well mitigate against a favourable outcome.
