interesting, I am with iiNet, too.
i eventually found the code microsoft teams sent me in “the bin”.
when I finally found it, I submitted it as requested, only to be told by teams I had sought so many authentication codes, that they were knocking this one back and to try again later.
by this stage my head was exploding and I was in a foul temper!
