Nothing is guaranteed - that's the only guarantee.
Exiting at $5.00 would be even more great, but I doubt that's a reality. Both project will require hundreds of millions thrown at them to get to production. Mongolia likely much more, and take 5-10 years to develop.
Fortunately Grandis is already in an area surrounded by infrastructure, so production will likely happen much faster.
