and what do you make of this? I would be expecting someone on that kind of remuneration to devote themselves entirely to the company's interests. But what do I know??? From what I can see, the board consists of 4 people.

"The remaining terms of Mr Dowds current employment contract remain substantially unchanged save that he will now be entitled to paid annual leave and sick leave and, with the Boards approval, to continue or undertake new, external roles that do not interfere with his attention to the Companys business."
