It is already super easy for a family in a detached house to have 1 EV and 1 ICE vehicle. At the rate charging infrastructure is appearing it won't be long before full EV households are easy too. 4 months in and yesterday was the first time ever having to use a paid public charger (and only because we forgot to pack our slow charging cable). I wouldn't be surprised if EV sales overtake ICE within 5 years and are the only option in 10 years.
