@PariselecYou gave us some good news that Nigel & Nick are still at RFT (though not in executive roles) & business is going as usual.
As for the class action, forget it.
The best course of action is to give the new board the benefit of the doubt , They have the support of the major shareholders,not only the Chaiman/Pudu......513m voted against the election of Jitto,Nick & Tino , that is roughly 38% of shareholders. I don't imagine they are out to wreck their own interests & we have no evidence of malicious intent.
Time will tell....If the business is doing well under the new managemet we will be thrilled , if on the other hand things go sour we will be keen to support the old board if they decided to convene an AGM with resolutions to be reinstated.
