Yep good point. Devil in the detail I guess. How is the term tax credit at work here? If it's basically as good as a cash refund to pay for the construction outlay then great, we'll take that upfront no questions asked.
I was reading it at face value. A credit on tax payable on future sales/revenue/profit. Which we don't have yet.
So a deferred usable credit on future sales is as good as extra profit down the line once we're shipping to tesla
