As an owner of a DF64 and a Flair 58+, with coffee coarseness and water pressure both on a continuous spectrum, I completely identify with this analogy. I've lost count of how many tests I have ran over the last 6 months (and still running everytime I get a new batch of beans), and I only process ~20gr of coffee per day. So when I read "78 tests" for a 5+ tonnes per day filtration process the first thought was "is that enough?" Honestly, I'm just glad to see a concrete number of tests finally stated rather than worrying in my head that there is no solution to test at all.
