    Hi folks

I don't think the funding is a problem or ever has been....its just what it amounts to (and we all know what the last cap raising did...and some might say is still doing to the company) is the perceived issue. $$ are there and have been for a while from what Tony has said anyway. I guess it would be very interesting to see how negotiations are going as PLV continue to build the resource???
A few may have dropped off the wagon (and PLV doesn't need those investors anyway) seeing their chance to get a great little project with little drilling and big promise on their books at a cheap price.

Everything besides the share price (add Cethana results that havent turned up yet)has been going along very well for PLV. You cannot fault them - they have exceeded expectations on a number of fronts.

The events immediately after the announcement last week stating an increase to 150MT made me uneasy....sellers out of nowhere 'appearing' to cap/hold back PLV from running.

Tony or PLV cannot control that. However if there are whispers of a cap raising with 'x' conditions then that does impact the share price.

One explanation I guess is obvious might be the fact that the share price hit 52 cents and that 'may' have triggered some sell positions...but i'm not convinced that is it.

We have had shareholders very reluctant to sell and buyers often having to step up and buy...up until 'that announcement'
We are now back to where we were prior to that announcement....with more sell depth.

For me it was a green light to buy stock not sell it...particularly at around or below the levels it was trading...so it just didn't make any sense at all...

That all said I am not in anyway underestimating the companies negotiation prowess or their improving negotiation position by the day - clearly the resource is much much more than PLV thought it was.

This can only be a good thing for shareholders....if....the negotiations of course are cognizant of the excellent results and where the resource is headed.

Last thing shareholders want is deals 'now' or placements now to (and I do so dislike this term) 'sophisticated investors'
    'Opportunistic investors' is more appropriate.

I don't have a problem with opportunistic investors...I have a problem with the opportunities they are often given by companies too eager to 'do the deal'....at current shareholders expense.

The company does need capital and investors. That is a reality. My point is we are at a very very interesting point in the drilling campaign and will realise the target 200MT...most likely in the next several months.

Does capital need to be raised prior to this magical number?
If so is it raised on the premise and expectation of the unrealised resource or in recognition of a resource that is larger than what it is?

PLV over the last 12 months has done brilliantly on a number of levels...except (yes satori don't fail to mention this again...its a VERY important point to continue raising...its often thrown to the side by some companies when they explain the developments over the time the share price has drifted or diminished) in share price terms.

We all admire the company and Tony's attitude and efforts...but we continue to lag in the share price....particularly in relative terms to IO peers.

Events leading up to the inevitable need for working capital 'again' gives the company an opportunity to get good outcomes for 'current shareholders'

Lets not revisit 12 months ago....
