Only hope left is the sale process which will no doubt gut the company. Seems the wording has more definitively shifted to sale of the company’s assets so I suspect a capital raise is out of the question. Also interesting to note there was a commercial dispute with H&H.

Not many signs of life here anymore. Real shame given it was so close to exclusive access to a big and growing market.
