Not sure I understand the logic in hoping the share price falls so you can accumulate more. Maybe it'll go to 5c and you can get as many as you want?
Along with the lower share price ETE sits at now you're getting a significant amount of dilution with this cap raising. Any problems with these wells (and there's already been some) and I don't think you'll have any problem getting your 12c price.
